School Admins are needing to make decisions around issues that have not been experienced before and can therefore not rely on past experiences as a guide. They need to find a way to utilize both their expertise and their life experiences to critically think their way through the challenges and evaluate the trade-offs that exist in the decisions.

A draft of our simulation: Decision Making in a Pandemic will be utilized to share how this modality can enable the opportunity to practice some of the critical thinking and evaluating trade-offs challenges that school admins need to contend with to help to facilitate a way through this crisis.
